The font design of "Shitai Xiaojing " is a calligraphy font for the main text, which is based on the preface, annotations, and calligraphy of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang, Li Longji, and the seal script of Crown Prince Li Heng (Emperor Suzong of Tang). The calligraphy of the "Shitai Xiaojing" is neat, plump and magnificent, with a solemn and magnificent structure. The original stone is composed of four black fine stones, a rectangular prism, and engraved on all four sides. The top of the monument is carved with a double layered flower crown surrounded by Lingzhi cloud patterns, and there are three layers of stone platforms under the pedestal, hence it is called the "Stone Platform Filial Piety Sutra". The original stone is hidden in the Stele Forest in Xi'an. The "Shitai Xiaojing" uses the "Xiaojing" as its writing content, reflecting Tang Xuanzong's ideas of governing the family, governing the country, and cultivating virtue through filial piety. It is worth inheriting and developing today. The font design of "Shitai Xiaojing Ti" aims to showcase the flavor of ancient clerical script inscriptions in a modern font design form. During the design process, efforts should be made to preserve the original stele structure, body posture, stroke and style characteristics, while incorporating the features of modern printed text simplified characters for the design.
