33 Town is a cultural and creative industrial park located at 33 Dongsheng Road, Dongcheng District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. With a total construction area of approximately 110,000 square meters and a land area of 170,000 square meters, the park has a total investment of approximately RMB 600 million. Built on the site of the former Wushigang Industrial Zone as part of a "three-old" renovation project, the park is divided into three functional zones: a cultural and creative exhibition area, a commercial and leisure experience area, and a maker business area.
