WhisPark was founded in 2023, Shenzhen, Guangdong. It was formerly an abandoned old warehouse and took " the park" as the line to link the community and business; adhering to the brand concept of "revitalizing space by design, letting art spread to the community", we design lifestyle together with residents to integrate into the community, and furthermore do more local attempts on the base of the community.
WhisPark is originally intended to "revitalize the old community with a new way of life". We take the "location icon" element as the design basis of the super symbol of brand, and take the park as the central radiation point to create a "content voice" of local events, which is a gathering place standing for the young people’s fresh love.
In order to make the concept of “ the park” visualization, starting from the six core elements of "nature, support, tolerance, vitality, location and orientation", the green representing natural plants is chosen as the main color of the logo through the form of geometric color block and text combination, which is designed to be an inclusive and diverse cultural green ball, symbolizing the energy and vitality of the community.
The strong root system extending from the bottom of the green ball is a collection of different individuals, which gather, dig in, and grow here freely, influencing this community with their own lifestyle and hobbies. Make yourself a part of the park, then make the park a part of the community, and make the community a part of the lives of its residents.
LOGO is not only the surface skin of the brand, but also represents the unique spiritual core of it. It not only makes the building facilities be known by the surrounding residents, but more importantly, enables the brand to serve the daily life of the community and gradually build a cultural and emotional meaning system that belongs to the common memory of the place, which is an important part of the process of exploring local connection of WhisPark.
