Sifang — A Park by Artists & Architects lies beside Sifang Lake in Nanjing. Conceived by Chinese collector Lu Jun in collaboration with twenty renowned architects from China and abroad, the park was created as a tribute to contemporary architecture. Its centerpiece, the Sifang Art Museum, was designed by American architect Steven Holl. The site also features architectural works by Arata Isozaki, Kazuyo Sejima, David Adjaye, Yung Ho Chang, Wang Shu, Zhang Lei, and others—forming an open field where art and architecture coexist in harmony.
Within such a diverse and visually dynamic environment, the signage system adopts a transparent and restrained design language, blending lightly into the landscape. Beyond its guiding function, it responds to the spirit of the site—allowing architecture, nature, and environment to merge into a unified spatial dialogue, becoming a silent narrator within the park.
