The design concept is inspired by the daily visited local market scene to integrate the six participants. With the theme of "Cultural Innovation, Fresh Supply", each of the six cultural youth is represented by a unique product characteristic and symbol of Dongguan. These include the culinary heavyweight, Houjie Roast Goose, Daojiao Rice Dumplings that embody the thousand-year-old folk customs of Lingnan, the Hengli Cattle Market that witnessed the ancient prosperity of trade, the sweet and tender Macong Bananas, the traditional Cantonese delicacy Dongguan Sausage, and the timely and nourishing Dongguan River Fish. These elements are combined and interwoven together, being both local and international, reflecting the fresh culture of the youth and the design power contained in the daily life of Dongguan City.
